Candidate must have a Bach's deg in Industrial Engg & 3 yrs of process improvement & implmtn exp in a mfg environment incl, Six Sigma concepts, Simulation & Problem Solving. Must have: proven exp in 5S, Kanban, wastes concepts & Lean Mfg; exp using engg tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Standard Hours, Routings, Line Balancing, & Process Mapping to optimize flow & efficiency on production floor; exp building, using, & maintaining PFEP (Plan for Every Part) d/base for product assembly lines; exp working w/ FS cookers & ovens.
