Riviana Foods Inc. seeks a Director Rice Research & Development to work in Memphis, TN. Responsible for all the R & D activities of the company in the USA, under supervision of Ebro Foods R&D Director, starting with the generation of ideas until the implementation of these ideas, new products, new recipes, new processes, new features/specifications, or new materials, in compliance with all the applicable statutory and legal requirements. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Food Chemistry, plus 4 years of experience in an occupation related to Food Chemistry, including experience in the food industry in Latin America working with product development for microwave popcorn for Latin-American brands and coordinating development and production with Co-manufacturers. 5% International Travel required.
