JOB OBJECTIVES: To assist in receiving, storing, and ordering supplies, and taking weekly inventories; to assist production staff with prepping meats and vegetables as needed.
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: A high school diploma or its equivalent is required. Must be able to read with comprehension, write legibly and perform simple arithmetic calculations, and correctly follow oral and written instructions. Must be familiar with methods of storage and types of supplies used by the department. Must be familiar with weights and measures in packing daily baked dry goods. Must be willing to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuous basis.
EXPERIENCE: Some stockroom experience is desired, but not essential. Employee can reach full productivity through on-the-job training.
