People within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Typically, people in BPO are based permanently at a client location. BPO helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services. These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs. The Procurement Manager is charged with customer focused delivery and client management responsibilities. They are responsible for delivering a client engagement on time and within budget and is focused on the rapid transformation of client organizations into world-class managers of spend, through innovative, high quality, Global spend Management solutions that create sustainable bottom line results.

Delivery Leadership

* Assists with delivery of customer engagements per Statement of Work, on time and within budget
* Manages expectations from one or more customers in alignment with the SOW/Contract language
* Contributes to overall client satisfaction through delivery of multiple and complex spend management initiatives and prompt resolution of customer issues
* Acquires knowledge of sourcing software and solutions as required by customer engagements

Commercial Capability

* Responsible for providing support to the sales process with the existing customer

Communications

* Responsible for creating and delivering effective presentations and other forms of written and verbal communication to different levels within customer organization

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum 10 years of professional experience (procurement, supply chain consulting or customer/supplier management experience)
* Minimum 1 year of experience with sourcing software (Ariba, SAP, Emptoris)

Preferred Qualifications

* High level of Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Professional Skill Requirements

* Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
* Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
* Project mangement experience
* Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills to a customer challenge
