Process/Mechanical Engineer Job Description:

Aerotek is currently looking for an engineer with a BS in mechanical or electrical engineering that has experience in the automotive industry. The candidate will be responsible for all performance aspect Os assigned processes for the life of the manufacturing lines so that manufacturing plans can be met and exceeded. Candidate MUST be strong in Automotive and Process. Strong manufacturing background is a must.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

-Analyze defects and make recommendations for improvements
-Analyze efficiency
-Operator, Supervisor, and Manufacturing Tech training
-Fixture, jig, and tooling design and review
-Process document conception
-Full support of 5S5T program
-Assist with machine run offs, purchasing, and set up

Required Skills for Process/Mechanical Engineer Job:

* BS MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
* BS ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
* SKILLED CAD DESIGN
* AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE
