Job: Operations Support Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

Performs research and analysis of multiple data sources to meet business/clients needs. Gathers and documents business requirements into specifications for information products with management support.

Work with functional business areas to solve system related issues by gathering and analyzing data to determine root cause, developing solutions, and implementing system changes.

Responsible for system configuration and configuration documentation for company, product, premium, agent compensation, new business administration, policy administration, claims administration, and system security changes.

Responsible for working with business leaders/associates to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and/or system configuration parameters, including managing requests for changes to the specifications.

Maintain functional peer relationships and detailed working knowledge of systems, organization, and business processes.

Responsible for reporting, tracking, and resolution process for business application and process issues.

Communicate/coordinate system problem resolution with IT and functional project leaders/associates.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
