Position Description :

• Daily Transcription of encounters into the EMR


• Daily Inventory reporting.


• Jobs in this function provide medical transcription services directly to providers. This includes transcribing dictated information through the use of word processing to produce medical and clinical documents.


• Moderate work experience within own function.


• Some work is completed without established procedures.


• Basic tasks are completed without review by others.


• Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• High Diploma or GED


• Minimum of 6 months experience with medical transcriptions is required.


• Knowledge of Medical Terminology is preferred.


• Ability to work independently
