Description

The Market Development Manager manages the business plan development process for their respective region of the country to increase Ace's market share via new store growth. Key responsibilities are recruiting, educating and motivating prospects, executing the technical operating procedures from interest to application and developing the market. This position will be based in Tennessee.

Requirements

* At least 5 years experience in retailing, franchising, real estate or market development work.
* Business degree or related field
* Strong negotiation skills
* Understanding of lease negotiation processes
* Strong grasp of capitalization and financing opportunities, methods and processes
* Strong presentation skills
* Up to 80% travel required
