Primary Responsibilities:


  • Enter notifications, Providers status of an existing notification and determining if notification is required

  • Complete notification wizard along with ICD-9 and CPT coding

  • Provide excellent customer service to both providers and enrollees

  • Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while maintaining good attendance

  • Assist with faxes and emails

Skills / Requirements


Requirements:


  • 2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems OR 1+ year of experience in an office setting using the computer and telephone as the primary instruments to perform job duties

  • Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of healthcare experience OR Bachelor's Degree required



Assets:

  • Medical Terminology is a plus

  • Medical / Healthcare background is preferred

  • CPT Coding experience is preferred
