Primary Responsibilities:

  Scheduling of appointments for providers.

  Using Microsoft outlook, email, and database (including mapping and access) to schedule assessments on behalf of providers.

  Outbound calling of members on behalf of healthcare clients to schedule assessments.
  


• 
  
  Looking for flexible, dynamic customer service driven individual.

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

  High School Diploma/GED
  


• 
  
  1+ year of Customer Service experience, preferably in Healthcare
  


• 
  
  Microsoft Outlook proficiency, with Microsoft maps as a plus
  


• 
  
  Outbound Call Center experience is a plus
  


• 
  
  Elder-Care Experience with an understanding of Elder-Care needs is a plus
