OSI is seeking an experienced and detail oriented individual to match in-voices, purchase orders and receiving documents to prepare approved voucher for payment. This includes auditing account codes, and working with requisitioner, purchasing, and vendor to solve any problems. Other duties include: processing check runs; responding to vendor statements; maintaining miscellaneous control reports; responding to information re-quests; filing; and processing other non-purchase order related payments such as travel reimbursements and electric power bills. Process vouchers for employee reimbursements.

Required
Required is an Associate?s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2 years of related experience. Also required is knowledge of Accounts Payable and Purchasing functions, Receiving / Warehouse / Inventory, Microsoft Office Software, and Financial Controls; ability to understand and interpret con-tract terms, work with financial accounting software, organize work, man-age time and communicate effectively.
